Associated Agreement

This Agreement describes the terms and conditions for Joining in the Allinos Affiliate Program. In this Agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you. In this Agreement, "Allinos Org." is a Website and Digital Services Provider startup with whom you are making this Agreement. By applying to the Allinos Affiliate Program, you are confirming that you have read the Agreement and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Affiliate program Types

There are two types of affiliate programs with Allinos : One-time and Recurring.

One-Time : If the Affiliate is on a One-Time program than you receive one payment on per purchase of plans according to Categories and Mediation Amount

Recurring : If the Affiliate is on a Recurring program than you receive half of your percentage(if you get Mediation of 30% ,than you get only half or 50%) of that purchase , but you get consistently whenever that customer pays to Allinos on the running Plan .

How You Get Paid By Allinos ?

To Get Paid by the Allinos you have to deal with customers and connect them to Allinos , whenever a customer purchase any plan or deal with us we have Pay you According to Categories of purchase you can earn 10% to 30%. of Our profit.
For example :    
if a person buy a website at minimum cost ( like 10,000 rupees) than you get 30% of that purchase.

        10,000 - ( Domain charge + Hosting Charge + Work ) = Total Amount
      than,
       You get paid of = Total Amount/100x30 = Received Amount .

Categories and Mediation Amount ↴

      For a sale to make a commission to an affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and pay in full for the product. Commission will be paid only on sales that are made when the customer buy a servive from Allinos (website, Hosting , App, Ads Management Plans etc.). If the affiliate is on the one-time payment option, they will receive a commission for new Order of services (website, Hosting , App, Ads Management Plans etc.).

If the affiliate is on a recurring payment schedule, they will continue to collect commissions for each transaction that the customer paid for as long as the customer remains a paying customer. For affiliates participating in the recurring program, commission will also accrue for plan upgrades and adding users.

Payment

An associate can request payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of 500/- INR. Payment can be requested every 30 days. Payment processing may take up to 15 days from the date of request. Payment will generally be made via PayPal, Bank to Bank ,UPI etc.

Refund

If the Customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned a commission, any commission earned on the refund amount will be deducted from you Affiliate's balance or not given to you.

Use and Liability

Affiliates are permitted to use the Allinos brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the Allinos application. The logo and other assets cannot be modified. Affiliate does not acquire any trademark, copyright or any other rights over these materials.

Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Allinos and will never directly advertise Allinos products.

Affiliate will never present itself , relationship with Allinos in a false or deceptive manner.

The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of any unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referring to Allinos.

Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the Agreement immediately without prior notice.

If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commission will be paid for any past or future customer transactions from Allinos.

If Allinos chooses to terminate the Agreement, any balance will be paid to the Affiliate within 60 days of termination.

If the Affiliate is on a recurring program, Allinos will not be bound for any future payments after termination.

Government law

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the India , with respect to its conflict of laws rules.

Change

We may modify any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of commissions available, commission schedules, payment procedures, and affiliate program rules.
